1. Introduction

Welcome to Evans Travel & Tours Ltd. By booking a tour package, using our services, or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming any booking.

2. Booking & Payment

• A deposit is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the start of the tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Payments may be made via bank transfer, card, or other approved methods.

• Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change until confirmed.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations by the client:

  • More than 60 days before departure – full refund minus administrative fees.

  • 30–59 days before departure – 50% refund.

  • Less than 30 days before departure – no refund.

• Cancellations by the company:

  • If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political instability), clients may choose a full refund or reschedule.

  • Evans Travel & Tours Ltd is not responsible for additional expenses outside of the tour package (flights, visas, insurance).

4. Travel Documents & Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance as required by each destination.

• Evans Travel & Tours Ltd is not responsible for delays, losses, or costs resulting from missing or invalid documents.

5. Health & Safety

• Travelers must ensure they are physically fit for the tour.

• Some activities may require moderate walking, hiking, or exposure to local conditions.

• Evans Travel & Tours Ltd prioritizes safety but cannot guarantee against risks such as accidents, illness, or theft.

6. Accommodation & Transportation

• Accommodation is based on twin/double occupancy unless otherwise agreed. Single supplements may apply.

• Hotels listed in itineraries are subject to availability; equivalent alternatives may be provided.

• Vehicles provided are air-conditioned and driven by professional drivers.

7. Itinerary Changes

• While we strive to follow the published itinerary, circumstances such as weather, border delays, or cultural events may require changes.

• Evans Travel & Tours Ltd reserves the right to adjust itineraries for safety, comfort, or operational reasons.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• Evans Travel & Tours Ltd is not liable for:

  • Personal injury, property loss, or damage not directly caused by our negligence.

  • Delays or cancellations caused by airlines, immigration, or external providers.

  • Events beyond our control (force majeure: war, strikes, pandemics, natural disasters).

9. Code of Conduct

• Clients are expected to respect local customs, guides, drivers, and fellow travelers.

• Any behavior deemed unsafe, disrespectful, or unlawful may result in removal from the tour without refund.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes shall be handled in Nigerian courts.
